The predicted salary is between 12 - 12 € per hour.

We have an exciting opportunity for Part-Time Temporary Sales Assistants to join our store in Norwich. Candidates must have flexible availability including weekends. Successful candidates will work a minimum of 4-8 hours per week. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
  • Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets including upselling
  • Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
  • Stock management and shop floor merchandising
  • Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
  • Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
