PR & Talent Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive PR & Talent Assistant to join our London-based team in a permanent role. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative, fast‑moving department at the heart of schuh's brand and culture. We want someone who brings energy, initiative, and ideas, and knows how to get things done quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Paid Talent
  • Coordinate smooth and consistent execution of paid influencer campaigns from start to finish, including outreach, negotiating contracts, delivering content, invoicing and reporting.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Brand Partnerships, Brand Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Scout relevant talent and influencers to build and manage curated talent lists.
  • Liaise with agents and reps to negotiate fees and deliverables.
• Seeding & Gifting
  • Facilitate always‑on product loans and seeding for media, creators, talent and industry contacts.
• Community & Events
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with talent and industry contacts.
  • Host talent and influencers at events and in‑store.
  • Monitor social, cultural, and media trends to spot content opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of press, influencer and community events.
  • Attend store activations and events, capture content, and support social storytelling.
  • Collaborate with wider HQ teams on talent and community initiatives.
• PR Office Support
  • Assist with meeting prep, campaign and events planning, and launch coordination.
  • Compile and deliver campaign wrap‑ups and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in a fashion PR, talent, or influencer‑related role.
• Exceptionally organised and deadline‑driven (you love a to‑do list).
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and always looking for solutions.
• Up to speed with fashion, culture, social media, and influencer trends.
• Digitally savvy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools like Tribe Dynamics/CreatorIQ is a plus but not essential.
• Flexible and collaborative team player.
• Passionate about culture, fashion, music and sports.
• Able to prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Existing talent/influencer contacts are a bonus.
