We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sales Assistant to join our store in Metro Centre. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age. We are looking for a full time sales adviser to join our team. The right candidate will need to be fully available Monday - Sunday and will work shifts ranging from 7am - 9:30pm (later during peak times). Ideally we would want someone who wants a career in retail and is interested in progressing within the role. Being heavily target driven and having a competitive nature are essential for the role.

About what you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
  • Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
  • Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
  • Stock management and shop floor merchandising
  • Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
  • Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
