The predicted salary is between 12 - 12 £ per hour.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Manchester Trafford Kids. Various contracts available. Must be willing to work with kids in a busy environment. Evening availability until 11pm and weekend availability essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
  • Process payments, customer orders and reservations.
  • Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
  • Maintain high standards both on the shop floor and in back areas.
  • Assist with opening and shutdown procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is not essential; however, customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable.
  • Full training will be given for the role.
