We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our Kids store in London Stratford!

Are you hard working and keen to learn? This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick-start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader! For this role, you will need to demonstrate outstanding people skills – as well as being a natural with our \’little customers\’.

Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!

· Learning to coach and develop your team to exceed every expectation

· Ensuring our little shoppers and their parents/guardians feel like they have had the best shopping journey from start to finish

· Helping recruit and train new talent

· Setting goals, achieving targets and driving KPIs

· Striving for operational excellence

· Gaining confidence in making commercial decisions within our visual merchandising guidelines

About the person –

· Enthusiastic, incredibly ambitious and ready for anything

· Keen eye for detail and knowledge of trends

Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
