We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our kids store in Livingston!

About what you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service possible to both child and their parent/guardian
  • Offering our free measure and fitting service to our little customers
  • Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
  • Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
  • Stock management and shop floor merchandising
  • Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
  • Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
