schuh is one of the UK’s leading fashion footwear retailers. Following sustained digital growth, we are looking for an ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the Digital Marketing team.
We are looking for someone to assist with the daily management and analysis of schuh’s Google advertising and display performance. Working alongside the Senior Digital Marketing manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of our paid search campaigns, paid shopping campaigns, display campaigns and joint management of key agencies and technology partners. Extensive training will be provided alongside hands-on practical channel management experience and exposure to digital marketing strategy.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Assist with the management and development of Google search, shopping and display campaigns.
- Create engaging copy for adverts within the schuh content & copy guidelines.
- Work toward agreed traffic and performance benchmarks aiming to suggest incremental improvements where possible.
- Produce detailed analysis and engaging reports of campaign activities to be shared with the wider ecommerce/marketing team.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on them.
- Work with external agencies and technology partners to continually review and improve performance for schuh.
- Be an ambassador for schuh, communicating our brand DNA confidently to third parties.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEM news and search engine algorithm developments.
- A self starter who is passionate about Marketing and eager to learn and gain experience within this field.
- University background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Economics or similar qualification.
- Experience in a similar role is essential for applicants.
- Comfortable creating copy and content within strict company tone of voice guidelines.
- Data driven and data literate, analytical and highly passionate.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- A marketing mind (looking for insight into SEM, consumer and market trends).
- Consumer approach (lives and breathes the customer).
This role is ideally based at our Livingston Head Office. However, we do aim to be as flexible as possible and there is potential for this to be a remote role.
LocationNeilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is in-between Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
