We have an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our kids store in Bluewater!
3‑hour contract with availability for overtime during the peak period of 'Back to School'.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to both children and their parents/guardians.
- Offer our free measure and fitting service to young customers.
- Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
- Process payments, customer orders, and reservations.
- Manage stock and shop‑floor merchandising.
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in back areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience is not essential; however, customer service and/or retail experience is preferable. Full training will be provided for the role.
