We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in St James Quarter, Edinburgh. Candidates must be flexible during the week and weekend. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
About what you’ll be doing:
- Deliver the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge.
- Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
- Process payments, customer orders and reservations.
- Manage stock and shop floor merchandising.
- Maintain high standards on shop floor and in back areas.
- Assist with opening and shutdown procedures.
Qualifications and experience:
Previous experience is not essential; however, customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
