We have an exciting opportunity for a Stockroom Assistant to join our store in Bluewater. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
Responsibilities
- Processing new deliveries and ensuring our exciting new product is available for customers
- Maintaining the highest standards possible in the stockroom
- Dispatching customer orders from store and managing in-store click & collect items
- Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
- Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in-depth product knowledge
- Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising
- Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience is not essential; however, customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
