We have an exciting opportunity for a Stockroom Assistant to join our store in Crawley. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
Responsibilities
- Process new deliveries and ensure product availability for customers.
- Maintain the highest standards in the stockroom.
- Dispatch customer orders from store and manage in‑store click‑and‑collect items.
- Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service: greet and approach customers, provide in‑depth product knowledge.
- Process payments, customer orders and reservations.
- Manage stock and shop floor merchandising.
- Assist with opening and shutdown procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is not essential; customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Full training will be given.
