We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Sales Assistant to join our store in Cardiff. Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.
About what you’ll be doing:
- Deliver the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge.
- Strive to meet KPIs and personal targets.
- Process payments, customer orders and reservations.
- Stock management and shop floor merchandising.
- Maintain high standards both on shop floor and in back areas.
- Assist with opening/shutdown procedures.
Previous experience is not essential; however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
