Contract – 12 months

Reports To: Head of Creative

Accountable For: Delivering the creative concepting and vision for schuh marketing campaigns and brand partnership campaigns. You will be responsible for ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Working very closely with your creative peers on execution of approved ideas. You will be visualising for store experiences as well as online.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for campaigns, ensuring that all creative outputs align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to create integrated campaigns across various channels.
  • Generate innovative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns ensuring they are fresh, engaging and on-brand.
  • Oversee the creative process from initial concept development through execution and delivery.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation and creativity.
  • Analyse the performance of creative campaigns and use it to inform future strategies and creative decisions.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies articulating the rationale behind creative choices.
