We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Trainee to join our Kids store in Belfast! This is a 30 hour position, flexible availability is required. Salary for this role ranges from £25,935-€31,200 based on location and hours.

Are you hard working and keen to learn? This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick-start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader! For this role, you will need to demonstrate outstanding people skills - as well as being a natural with our 'little customers'. Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!

Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
