We’re looking for friendly, motivated people to join our Customer Experience Teamat our Head Office in Livingstonon a permanent part-time basis.

We have evening and weekend shifts available on a part-time basis. We are looking for evening shifts from 4pm-8pm, Friday full days, Saturdays 10am-5pm and Sundays 11am-5pm. Our current opening hours are 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, 9:30-5 Saturday and 10:30-5 on Sunday and these will extend over peak periods.

The schuh Customer Experience department is a fast-paced, fun and very customer focused. We believe every customer should leave us thinking WOW! We believe we lead the way with our customer service effort and this is what sets us apart.

You’ll receive full training in the office, so you’ll need to be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.

  • Helping customers who want to buy something or need support — always treating them as individuals.
  • Responding to customer queries across social media platforms, including WhatsApp.
  • Chatting with customers through our text chat service.
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and emailin a friendly, professional way.
  • Supporting our High Street storeswith any questions or issues they have.
