Area Sales Manager Southern UK & Ireland (m/w/d)

As a rapidly growing high-tech company, we develop, manufacture, and distribute high-precision control and shut-off valves for industrial use in process engineering applications.

We are part of the Schubert & Salzer Group headquartered in Ingolstadt, Germany, and offer our customers quality products \”Made in Germany\” through our subsidiaries in Benelux, England, France, India, and the USA, as well as more than 40 international partners.

To strengthen our sales team in the UK and Ireland, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our fast growing markets Southern UK & Ireland (m/f/d). You will work independently from our your home office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent and professional support of existing customers in

Southern UK & Ireland

• Sales and technical consulting based on targeted and systematic customer and market

Development

• Active acquisition of new customers, especially the development and establishment of

regional sales partners

• Building long-term customer relationships

• Identifying new applications and market opportunities in the region

• Optimizing and implementing the company\’s sales strategies considering local market

Specifics

• Developing efficient, beneficial, and innovative solutions for customers

• Independently conducting price and contract negotiations

• Organizing and participating in trade fairs and sales events

• Coaching project inquiries and project execution in collaboration with specialist

departments at headquarters

Your Profile:

• Valve experience

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Technology,

Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a business degree with a technical

focus, or equivalent qualification

• Initial professional experience in sales

•You are a Customer Hunter willing to prospect

• High level of commitment and motivation

• Independent and conscientious working style

• Team spirit and social competence in an international environment

• Willingness to travel intensively within the region Southern UK & Irland

• Proficiency in common MS Office applications

• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
