Responsibilities
- Delivery leads are accountable for ensuring teams deliver value consistently and effectively.
- Responsible for the delivery of a backlog of work associated with one or more products or change initiatives of varied complexity through one or more teams.
- Build and maintain motivated teams with your product and engineering peers, ensuring an iterative plan to work towards the regular delivery of value balanced between technical improvement and change.
- Coach the team and those with influence upon them, applying the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques and facilitating continuous improvement.
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies, overcome obstacles, and get the best value against constraints.
- Proactively manage governance considerations, ensuring transparency and alignment with operational and quality standards.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions and workshops that align teams and stakeholders using insight, evidence, and prioritisation discipline.
- Protect the team and make sure they are able to collaborate, communicate effectively, and focus on what is most important.
- Facilitate the capture and analysis of metrics to provide appropriate insights to the team and their stakeholders, using data and context to demonstrate progress and improvement.

- Maintain accurate documentation, data, and artefacts to support transparency, governance, and finances.
Qualifications
- Experience leading and motivating multiple cross-functional teams towards a shared outcome and creating the right environment for them to work effectively.
- Experience influencing developers, QAs, analysts, and product leads in the adoption and appropriate application of agile ways of working.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives, helping teams provide transparency of their work and capacity, fostering effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Tenacity to remove bottlenecks and impediments to efficient delivery.
- Experience creating agile metrics and reporting, understanding the difference between leading and lagging indicators and their optimum use.
- Knowledge and experience of the full software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to navigate complex and senior stakeholder networks.
- Experience working in operations in an asset or investment management context is desirable.
- Experience working with low-code platforms such as Outsystems, Xceptor, Power Platform, or Alteryx.
