You work with senior stakeholders to shape high-impact programmes aligned to Schroders’ Simplify, Scale and Deliver roadmap. You’ll combine consulting rigor with hands-on delivery, building business cases and roadmaps while leveraging AI-enabled approaches where relevant. This is a high-visibility position at a global firm that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and practical outcomes. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible working arrangements /li li competitive salary /li li inclusive culture /li li opportunities for career development /li li global exposure /li li professional qualifications support /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead or support large, complex consulting projects or own smaller workstreams /li li Manage scope, timelines and quality of deliverables independently /li li Design analysis and problem-solving to generate insights and recommendations /li li Develop business cases, impact assessments and transformation roadmaps /li li Support operating model design and governance materials /li li Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to shape initiatives /li li Apply AI tools to accelerate consulting output and embed AI-enabled approaches /li li Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to BTS methodologies and knowledge sharing /li li Engage across investment management, personal wealth and private equity transformation workstreams /li li Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Five to seven years’ experience in a consultancy or as a high-performing analyst /li li Proven track record delivering or leading significant project workstreams /li li Experience in large-scale transformation programmes is advantageous /li li Experience in business case development and translating analysis into actionable recommendations /li li Strong understanding of investment management value chain (front/middle/back office) /li li Bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 classification or above /li /ul ul li Excellent analytical and communication skills /li li Strong stakeholder relationship management /li li Strategic and collaborative mindset /li li Experience with AI-enabled consulting or AI transformation (desirable) /li li Knowledge of generative AI and AI capabilities in consulting contexts /li li Ability to redesign processes, roles and operating models with AI considerations /li /ul
