We help institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future. We have around 6,000 people on six continents. And we’ve been around for over 200 years but keep adapting as society and technology changes. What you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain an understanding of material thematic issues and best practice for the mitigation of, and adaptation to, those issues.
  • Innovate novel methods for measuring the sustainability of companies and securities through original research, analytical techniques and creative thinking.
  • Work in collaboration with sustainable investment models team to implement sustainability research at scale.

  • Build relationships with colleagues across regions and asset classes to enable an ongoing dialogue and integration of sustainability factors into investment decisions.
  • Publish external thought leadership outlining our sustainability research.
  • Be involved in external industry initiatives focused on sustainability themes.
  • Present to clients and other external stakeholders, including at industry conferences, on our work.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with investment teams and client presentations.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that’ll help:

  • Familiarity with financial statements and fundamental analysis.
  • Experience in sustainable investing, ESG research, corporate governance, stewardship or responsible investment consulting.
  • Evidence of previous research publications.

What you'll be like:

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Flexible, highly curious, and eager to learn.
  • A critical thinker who's able to look at things from multiple angles.
  • Calm under pressure and able to balance several priorities at once.
  • Comfortable working independently while also highly collaborative - great at working with other people, across all seniorities of the business.
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of evolving priorities.
  • Committed to continuously improving how we deliver value to clients.
