Overview
In this Senior Regulatory Business Analyst role, you will lead end-to-end business analysis for regulatory initiatives, translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
You will shape operating models, run workshops with senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality artefacts to support large-scale regulatory programmes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help embed new processes and systems while driving best practice in the Platform Change function.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end business analysis for regulatory changes including interpretation, GAP analyses, and documenting detailed business requirements.
- Assess change impacts, identify viable solutions, and document functional requirements.
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with senior stakeholders to define needs across organizational structures, processes, and technology.
- Produce clear artefacts (process maps, user stories, traceability matrices) to enable delivery.
- Support testing, change readiness, and embedding of new processes/systems.
- Engage with stakeholders to refine complex requirements and manage relationships across a broad set of partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other Business Analysts within the programme.
- Contribute to developing best practices and standards for business analysis within Platform Change.
- Key requirements
- Extensive business analysis experience with a track record of leading regulatory change (Senior/Lead BA).
- Experience delivering regulatory change initiatives related to UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs KIDs; translating requirements into deliverables.
- Professional business analysis qualification (e. g., IIBA CCBA minimum, CBAP preferred, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
- Experience leading and developing BA teams on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities; structured and logical thinking.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to deliver shared objectives in complex environments.
