What you’ll do:
- Lead scenario modelling and what-if analysis: Develop reusable scenario models that help Finance and business leaders assess the impact of changes in cost drivers, business initiatives, planning assumptions and operating model decisions.
- Deliver forward-looking performance insight: Use allocation outputs, financial data, KPIs and business context to identify trends, explain movements and create insight-led narratives for CFOs, FP&A and senior stakeholders.
- Convert ad hoc analysis into scalable models: Take recurring analytical questions and convert them into repeatable models, dashboards, templates or analytical frameworks that improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
- Support CFO and FP&A decision-making: Partner with FP&A Business Partners and divisional finance teams to translate performance questions into clear analysis, recommendations and decision-ready outputs.
- Partner with Tech, Data and Reporting on tooling: Work with data and technology teams to improve analytical inputs, reporting layers, automation opportunities and the tooling required to support scalable modelling and insight.
- Develop insight packs and performance narratives: Create standard insight packs, commentary and visual outputs that connect allocation results to profitability, efficiency, business performance and strategic priorities.
- Support value-led governance and prioritisation: Help assess the commercial impact of proposed methodology, model or reporting changes so FPM governance moves beyond control into value, decision impact and business relevance.

- Strong understanding of profitability analysis, performance management, cost allocations and value-driver based decision making.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with experience developing scalable analytical models, dashboards and performance reporting solutions.
- Experience working with planning, reporting and data platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Snowflake or similar analytical ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and support senior leaders in making evidence-based decisions.
