You will draft and negotiate third-party contracts including IT service provider agreements, master service agreements, and engagement letters, collaborating with Procurement, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR and Market Data functions.
The role requires a qualified lawyer with 3+ PQE, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with internal clients and external counterparties.
