Senior Client Support Specialist
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Senior Client Support Specialist to join our Wealth Management division, known as Cazenove Capital, which is part of the Schroders group. This role sits within WM UK Client Operations and reports to the Head of UK Client Operations / Team Manager – Client Support Team.

The base
We have been at 1 London Wall Place since 2018. We’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre. And we have everything we need to work flexibly.
The team
The Client Support Team will initially be formed through the transfer of administrative support for our Family Office Services and the recently created Provider Administration function. The team will find new, more efficient ways of working, challenge and move forward our operating model, and help free up resources within client teams to focus on high-value client work.
What you’ll do
- Review processes within the client team area and identify any areas for improvement.
- Liaise with Team Heads and senior stakeholders to review the key target areas in scope.
- Effectively liaise with the Front Office to complete required tasks to high standard.
- Co-ordinate processes of work between the client teams and the Service Centre.
- Accurately input and process requests in a timely manner.
- Have a very high attention to detail in support of your role and communication to the team.
- Ensure appropriate scanning and record-keeping of relevant documentation.
- Become involved in projects and committees, helping to maintain and improve standards and processes across the Client Support Team.
- Provide proactive and efficient administration support to the client teams and team colleagues, in support of customer service excellence for new and existing clients.
- Keep client teams up to date with relevant information relating to client issues.
- Embody the core Schroders’ values of Excellence, Innovation, Teamwork, Passion and Integrity in all aspects of your work.
- Where required, act as the lead on assigned projects ensuring they are completed within the deadline and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with developing and maintaining procedures for the team, to manage and control the associated risks.
- Deputise for the Team Manager when required.
- Assist other teams within the Client Operations department when required.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- A level or equivalent.
- Operations and client service experience within a Wealth Management environment.
- Good knowledge and experience of collaboration and teamwork.
- Excellent IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good understanding of the UK Money Laundering Regulations, JMLSG Guidance and HMRC Tax requirements.
