Schroders is seeking a Senior Consultant to join Business Transformation Solutions (BTS), Schroders’ centre of excellence for internal consulting. Reporting to the Principal Consultant, you will support strategic design and transformation delivery across Public Markets, Private Assets and Wealth Management.
You will lead workstreams, develop business cases, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations, with emphasis on AI-enabled approaches and stakeholder collaboration.
