Schroders is seeking a Head of Central Compliance to lead the central compliance function and embed enterprise-wide governance, policies and regulatory change oversight across the business globally.
The role develops the Central Compliance team, oversees employee compliance frameworks including personal account dealing, training and surveillance, and provides risk-based advice to senior management and stakeholders.
It also ensures robust reporting to committees and boards.
