In this important role, you will report to the Client Group Sales Enablement Platform Director within the Client Group Data & Insights function. You will support the delivery and evolution of the Client Group's sales enablement platform, with CRM at its core.
Your focus will be on driving the day-to-day development, adoption and effectiveness of the platform, ensuring it supports client engagement, sales activity and data-driven decision-making across Distribution. You will play a key role in embedding Salesforce as the central workspace for client-related activity, while supporting the integration of data, analytics and insight into the platform.
You will bring experience in CRM, sales enablement or data-led platforms, alongside strong delivery capability and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment, working across Distribution, Technology and Data teams to deliver tangible improvements in sales effectiveness and user experience.

The team: This role is part of the Client Group Data team, collaborating across a virtual network with Distribution & Marketing, Technology, Finance, Product Management, and other business domain leads.
What you'll do:
- CRM Platform Management (Salesforce): Own the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform (Salesforce), including user management, roles, profiles and permissions. Lead the configuration and maintenance of CRM functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and page layouts. Manage release cycles end-to-end, including planning, testing, deployment and documentation. Ensure CRM is aligned to business processes, supporting client management, pipeline tracking and sales activity capture. Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries, issues and enhancement requests. Identify opportunities to improve CRM functionality, usability and efficiency. Support ongoing platform enhancements aligned to user needs and business priorities. Stay current with Salesforce capabilities and best practice.
- Adoption & User enablement: Drive consistent adoption of CRM across Distribution teams, embedding it as the core tool for client-related activities. Lead user onboarding, training and enablement initiatives to improve engagement, capability and effectiveness. Partner with regional CRM champions to drive consistent adoption, share best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to CRM usage across regions. Proactively gather user feedback and translate this into platform enhancements and improvements.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Own the integrity of client and sales data within CRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency. Monitor and report on data quality metrics, driving improvements where required. Implement and uphold data standards and governance practices in line with enterprise frameworks. Partner with Data teams to ensure alignment with broader data management initiatives.
- Collaboration & Delivery: Act as a coordinator for CRM demand, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented and aligned with strategic priorities before entering the delivery pipeline. Support the CRM demand intake process, working within the established demand forum to capture, triage and progress regional requests and enhancements. Work closely with Technology and Data teams to deliver CRM enhancements and integrations. Facilitate communication between global, regional and technology teams, ensuring transparency of priorities, timelines and delivery outcomes. Translate business requirements into practical CRM configurations and solutions.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need:
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including configuration, user management, automation and release management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management and client engagement workflows.
- Experience delivering CRM enhancements or platform-related initiatives end-to-end.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent self-taught skills).
- Experience of Asset Management or similar financial services would be preferential.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that'll help:
- Experience within asset management or financial services.
- Experience working with Salesforce and its wider ecosystem (e.g. Sales Cloud), including configuration and administration.
- Exposure to data, reporting or business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of client data, product structures and distribution models.
- Interest in data, analytics and technology-driven sales enablement.
