The role will support the design, analysis and execution of change initiatives across the platform. This includes owning and leading defined workstreams and smaller projects, undertaking detailed analysis, gathering business requirements, and shaping business solutions. You will also contribute to the design of target operating models. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will manage change delivery and take ownership for the development and coordination of key project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management and Implementation: Support and where required, lead defined workstreams and smaller projects across Schroders Capital Platform and business change initiatives, covering a range of areas including (but not limited to) business development, product, corporate functions, and digital platforms and tooling. Contribute to the design and implementation of target operating models (TOMs) and process improvements across the private assets lifecycle. Support the SC Platform Business Change Lead (or applicable business pillar lead) in ensuring delivery is aligned to organisational standards, governance requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Facilitate workshops and run working groups to drive alignment, clarity and progress.
- Project Coordination & Delivery Execution: Develop and manage delivery plans for workstreams and smaller projects, including tracking progress and managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Own and deliver key project outputs, ensuring quality and alignment to objectives. Support testing activities, including UAT coordination, test case development, and validation of outcomes. Support business readiness and adoption of change, including user enablement and embedding new processes, tooling and operating models.
- Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working: Contribute to defining and continuously improving business change best practice. Promote effective and consistent ways of working across change initiatives. Ensure adherence to defined change governance and delivery frameworks.
- Documentation, Reporting, and Governance: Produce high-quality documentation (e.g. operating model design, requirements, process flows, impact assessments, user stories etc.). Contribute to change governance by developing and maintaining regular project reporting, including status updates, risks and progress tracking. Develop clear, presentation-ready materials (e.g. SteerCo packs, updates) to inform decision-making and senior stakeholder discussions. Support budget & forecast process, including tracking project financials and spend against plan.
- Team Contribution & Culture: Act as an active member of the Business Change team, contributing to team initiatives, discussions, and knowledge sharing. Represent and promote the Business Change function across the organisation, supporting its profile and credibility with stakeholders.
