b Overview /b p As Head of Analysis Design for Public Markets, you lead a senior team to shape business architecture and platform capabilities. You ensure strategy, operating models and cross-domain requirements translate into scalable outcomes within the Asset Management Platform. You bridge business, product, architecture and engineering to deliver value-driven transformation and standards. You guide governance, design patterns and capability models to enable data, AI and platform-based operating models at scale. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role at global scale with a focus on simplification and continuous improvement. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead the Analysis Design strategy for Public Markets, aligning with AMP standards and architectural principles /li li Ensure Public Markets initiatives stay aligned with AMP strategy and architecture /li li Develop and grow the Public Markets Analysis Design team, defining career paths and fostering continuous improvement /li li Partner with stakeholders across research, portfolio management, trading and investment operations to shape priorities and transformation /li li Define and evolve business capabilities, operating models and processes across Public Markets /li li Translate strategy into clear requirements and high-level designs that drive measurable value /li li Collaborate with Product Leads, Engineering Leads and Architects to shape backlogs and govern solution design /li li Engage with engineering leadership and participate in governance forums to align analysis with delivery /li li Act as the bridge between business, product, architecture and engineering for effective decision-making /li li Drive simplification, standardisation and convergence of investment processes and ways of working /li li Establish and improve analysis and design standards, methodologies and governance /li li Identify capability gaps and transformation opportunities across the investment lifecycle /li li Embed data, analytics and AI considerations into processes and design to improve outcomes /li li Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Investments, Technology and Change /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven experience leading Business Analysis, Analysis Design in a complex, global organisation /li li Strong understanding of Public Markets and asset management processes /li li Experience building and leading high-performing BA and Analysis Design teams /li li Strong knowledge of business architecture, operating models, capability modelling and end-to-end process improvement /li li Experience in platform-led, product-based or agile delivery environments /li li Proven ability to translate strategy into outcomes, roadmaps and change initiatives /li li Experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver technology-enabled transformation /li li Strong understanding of platform architectures, data ecosystems, integration patterns and AI-enabled solutions /li li Ability to align business outcomes, product direction and delivery with enterprise standards /li li Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships /li li Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts /li li Experience leading large-scale data and AI-enabled transformation initiatives with measurable value /li /ul ul li strategic thinking /li li collaboration /li li influencing and stakeholder management /li li platform architectures /li li data ecosystems /li li integration patterns /li /ul
