In this role you will oversee fund finance and operations for Schroders Greencoat funds and mandates, including French and European entities. You will liaise between the Fund Finance team, the Paris investment team, and service providers to uphold governance, reporting, and audit processes. You will support valuation governance and ensure adherence to Fund, Schroders Greencoat, and Schroders Group standards. This position sits in the Fund Finance team within the Schroders Private Market Group in London, backing the Paris investment team. Your work will shape financial controls, reporting quality, and regulatory compliance across cross-border funds.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with fund administrators and service providers to oversee fund finance activities
- Produce and review investor reports quarterly/annually and manage the annual audit process
- Oversee drawdown and distribution processes and regulatory/tax obligations
- Assist with quarterly valuations and budgets/liquidity management
- Coordinate weekly with service providers and investment teams; respond to investor queries
- Manage French regulatory and investor reporting requirements with service providers
- Maintain relationships with administrators, depositaries, auditors, and tax advisors
- Ensure compliance with company secretarial matters and fund documentation
- Perform fund reconciliations and analytics on fund performance
- Prepare quarterly governance and reporting packs for each fund/vehicle
- Ensure obligations are logged and deadlines tracked in Obligations Management site
- Support valuation governance with the Valuation Committee and independent adviser
- Contribute to product development and keep abreast of regulatory changes
Key requirements
- Understanding of closed-ended fund/holding structures (real estate or infrastructure)
- Experience with European, including French, reporting frameworks
- Chartered or certified accountant with at least five years post-qualification experience
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
