About Schroders: We’re a global investment manager. We help institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future. We have around 6,000 people on six continents. And we’ve been around for over 200 years but keep adapting as society and technology changes. What doesn’t change is our commitment to helping our clients, and society, prosper.
The base: We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre and we have everything we need to work flexibly.
The team: The central Digital Strategy and Effectiveness team plays a pivotal role in how we utilise MarTech to interact with our clients and prospects across channels. Not only do we respond to the needs of clients and those of our Sales and Marketing colleagues, but the team is also positioned to continuously innovate and deliver strategic initiatives. Ensuring that Marketing’s platforms, people, processes and performance remain competitive and aligned with the business objectives is a critical function of the team. Another important role is to provide analytics on client engagement and regular KPI reporting to demonstrate the impact of Marketing on commercial outcomes. This insight is used to inform decisions, optimise performance, and create new opportunities for growth and retention. The team works closely with various stakeholder groups, both centrally and throughout the regions to deliver strategic projects, enable best practice, support campaign activation, and demonstrate the commercial impact of Marketing on Sales growth.
