b Overview /b p As a Consultant Database Specialist at Schroders, you ensure product and firm-level data is accurate, accessible and well-delivered. You’ll support business development by providing trusted data to investment consultants, clients and third parties, working across Consultant Databases and related channels. You will collaborate with client-facing teams and subject matter experts to clarify data needs, resolve queries and maintain high-quality outputs. The role emphasizes data quality, process improvement and stakeholder engagement to strengthen data usability for clients and consultants. This position offers a chance to contribute to data-driven client service and cross-functional cooperation. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Support the delivery of accurate and timely data submissions to support Consultant Databases globally. /li li Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partnering with sales, public and private markets investment teams and subject matter experts to ensure data serves client and consultant needs. /li li Support the global RFP function with data accessibility, data enablement and quality checks. /li li Collaborate with colleagues to produce accurate, high-quality data, and assist in peer reviews to maintain consistency and quality standards. /li li Liaise with external Consultant Databases providers to add and maintain product information on their platforms. /li li Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reduce manual effort and strengthen data quality, consistency and usability of Consultant Databases content. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Data reporting and/or client reporting experience. /li li Interest in private and public markets investment products. /li li Strong team player with initiative and ability to work independently. /li li Effective interaction with internal stakeholders. /li li Attention to detail and accuracy. /li li Numerate with a problem-solving mindset. /li li Experience using Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). /li /ul ul li team collaboration /li li initiative /li li attention to detail /li li data reporting /li li data quality checks /li li data accessibility /li /ul
