The team: We are one of the largest UK-based wealth management firms, headquartered in London but with offices around the country. We help private clients, families, charities and some institutions meet their long-term goals by offering our expertise in investment, wealth planning, lending and family office services. We draw on the resources of the Schroders group, as well as having our own in-house investment team. We're open to flexible working, so we can all balance our personal and professional commitments.

What you'll do:

  • Be a point of contact for clients and professional advisers: react to all enquiries in a timely manner and maintain a record of responses.
  • Have regular communication with the client team to discuss client queries.
  • Help team members complete and distribute client reports, such as portfolio valuations and tax reports, particularly at the end of the quarter.
  • Contribute to business-wide client service and internal process committees.
  • Build a strong internal network and have a good understanding of the key client service issues affecting the business.
  • Work closely with our Operations teams to make our clients' experience seamless.
  • Attend client meetings with Portfolio Managers & Directors.
  • Take responsibility for systems' training, testing and improving internal processes.
  • Have excellent technical knowledge and the experience to highlight and share best practice throughout the business when required.

  • Good at working in a team, and with other teams.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
