You’ll have the backing of the largest banking group in the UK as you utilise a range of business development strategies and expertise to proactively explore the market to onboard new clients, including servicing a constant flow of leads from the wider Lloyds Banking Group, without sacrificing the quality of advice. You’ll be supported by robust systems and infrastructure so you can spend more time advising clients.
Why join us?

- Flexibility – you’ll manage your own schedule, predominately working from home, meeting with clients at their homes or at one of our hub locations.
- Exceptional benefits – 30 days holiday, private medical, life insurance (among others) and a matched pension up to 21% (6% from you, 15% from us).
- Uncapped bonus – our uncapped bonus structure is designed to reward advisers who convert opportunity into long‑term client value.

- Experience building lasting client relationships and generating repeat/referral business.
- Confidence in conducting client meetings and creating tailored financial plans.
