In this dynamic and client-focused position, you’ll collaborate with Personal Wealth Advisers and cross-functional teams to ensure every client interaction is delivered with care, accuracy, and professionalism. This is a rotational opportunity designed to help you build a well-rounded understanding of our client journey. You’ll gain experience across key areas including service delivery, onboarding, financial planning support and adviser engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Focus: You’ll place clients at the centre of everything you do—listening to their needs, anticipating their expectations, and delivering a high-quality experience at every stage of their journey.
  • Rotational Development: You’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas including onboarding, service delivery, financial planning support, and adviser engagement. Each rotation is designed to help you build a broad understanding of how we support our clients.
  • Proactive Engagement: You’ll connect with clients to understand their goals, offer tailored support, and help build long-term relationships.
  • Onboarding Excellence: You’ll prepare documentation, manage account openings, and ensure onboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Service Delivery: You’ll respond to client and adviser requests with care and attention to detail, maintaining high service standards and a personal touch.
  • Information Analysis: You’ll review and interpret data from third parties and advisers, producing clear, client-friendly outputs.
  • Financial Planning Support: You’ll assist in the completion of financial plans, ensuring they reflect client goals and adviser input.
  • Compliance & Records: You’ll maintain accurate client records and ensure all activity complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Adviser Partnership: You’ll support Personal Wealth Advisers with diary management and relationship-focused tasks, helping them deliver outstanding service.
  • Continuous Improvement: You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and enhance both client and adviser experiences.
  • Adaptability: You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment—embracing change with curiosity and a growth mindset.
