Own the end‐to‐end business delivery of the Retail Referrals Programme, working in partnership with the Project Lead (delivery execution) and Business Analyst (requirements, insight and design).

Translate Lloyds Wealth and Retail strategy into clearly defined business outcomes, scopes and success measures.

Provide clear business direction, priorities and decision‐making to support effective delivery.

Ensure initiatives align to distribution strategy, commercial objectives and customer needs for Lloyds Wealth target market.

Stakeholder engagement across Lloyds Wealth, Retail, Platform (Retail referrals program) and supporting functions to deliver outcomes within agreed capacity and funding.

Continuously improve the Lloyds Wealth client and colleague journeys associated with Retail Referrals.

Ensure journeys are clearly documented, understood and embedded across distribution teams and supporting functions.

Identify journey pain points, risks and opportunities, using insight and data to drive improvements in partnership with IP&I Performance & Insights team.

Ensure changes enhance client experience, adviser effectiveness and referral conversion outcomes.

Act as the guardian of journey integrity, ensuring changes remain aligned to intended outcomes over time.

Act as Business Lead / Product Owner for Retail Referral‐related capabilities, partnering with LBG Platform (Program) teams.

Own and prioritise the business backlog, ensuring delivery aligns to customer journeys, business outcomes and regulatory expectations.

Provide clear business requirements, acceptance criteria and outcome‐based prioritisation.

Balance short‐term tactical needs with longer‐term strategic platform evolution.

Represent Lloyds Wealth business interests in programme/platform governance, planning and delivery forums.

Act as the primary business point of contact across Lloyds Wealth, Retail and Platform teams for retail referrals.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing priorities and securing alignment across competing demands.

Work collaboratively with change, technology, operations and distribution leaders to deliver shared outcomes & concise reporting on delivery progress, risks, issues and benefits realisation.

Manage third‐party or internal supplier relationships where relevant, ensuring value‐led delivery.

Track and evidence adoption, journey performance and commercial impact of the Retail Referrals Programme.

Support governance forums with insight‐led recommendations and decision support.

Ensure delivery remains aligned to conduct, risk and regulatory expectations.

Role model strong ownership, accountability and outcome‐focused delivery behaviours.

Work collaboratively with the Project Lead and Business Analyst to create an effective, high‐performing delivery triad.

Support coordination of call listening, quality of referrals (including reviewing ineligible referrals) and conversion accelerators and task forces.

Coach and support colleagues involved in delivery to optimise performance and capability.

Foster collaboration across matrix teams, encouraging shared ownership and continuous improvement.

Celebrate delivery success and positive behaviours.

Proven experience owning business outcomes in complex, matrix environments.

Confident decision‐maker, comfortable operating with ambiguity.

Strong understanding of business product ownership, journey‐led design and platform delivery models.

Experience working closely with technology and platform teams.
