In addition, you may be required to support the wider Learning & Development team, in supporting the Adviser community in areas where skill-gaps exist.

  • Assist advisers with the practical and administrative aspects of their role to support a smooth transition into the business.
  • Share insights and trends to inform the continuous improvement of induction programmes.
  • Capture and analyse trends, challenges, and adviser feedback from the field, using these insights to influence induction training and onboarding processes.

Culture & Professionalism

  • Promote a culture of professionalism, client-centricity, and high performance throughout training and transition activities.
  • Role-model SPW values and encourage a growth mindset across the adviser population.

Training & Transition Expertise

  • Excellent facilitation skills across induction, soft skills, technical, and systems training—both in-person and virtually.
  • Strong coaching skills to support advisers one-to-one in the field.
  • Confidence in observing, analysing, and providing feedback on adviser performance.
  • Ability to support advisers with both technical and administrative aspects of their role.
