Salary: WSCC Grade 7 £29,540–£32,061 pro rata, (£15.31-£16.62 per hour)
Location: Boundstone Nursery School, Lancing West Sussex
Contract: Term time only, 37 hours per week. Working hours are Monday-Friday, term time only. Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9-5pm, Tuesday/Thursday 8-4pm, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break and one paid lunch meeting each week.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Early Years practitioner to take the Lead role in our Baby Room at Boundstone Nursery School. At Boundstone Nursery School we believe in providing a warm, engaging environment where children can thrive and develop. We are committed to providing high-quality early years education and care, fostering creativity and curiosity, starting with our youngest children.
In this role, you will oversee the care and development of babies aged 0-2 years, ensuring their safety, happiness, and overall well-being. As well as being Early Years Educator to a group of children, you will lead and direct others within the baby room to ensure that the highest standards of care and safety are always met and that children’s development is optimised.
