Responsibilities

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in North Tyneside that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with complex ASC needs on a full-time basis.
Essential
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly ASC
- Understanding of behaviour, communication, and sensory needs
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach

Desirable
- Experience in a specialist provision or ASC unit

Additional Information

- An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role, and one will be carried out if you do not currently hold a valid certificate.
