The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Experience of teaching in a setting governed by the English National Curriculum (or equivalent UK framework) is essential. Our member school based in Derbyshire is currently looking for a Primary School Teacher to join their team within the coming weeks. Schools Mutual Services is owned by a growing network of schools and academies across the United Kingdom. The recruitment service was set up several years ago by several education leaders, commended by the DfE. The service provides supply and recruitment services to education establishments across the country. Our dedicated team are offering professional and friendly service in Nottingham, Derbyshire, and all surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:

  • Preparing teaching materials ahead of each lesson and teaching lessons.
  • Organising the classroom, its display, and the resources used.
  • Evaluating pupils’ homework.
  • Keeping an eye on each child’s progress.
  • Collaborating with other educational professionals, such as social workers or psychologists.
  • Communicating with parents.
  • Keeping up to date with the curriculum and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or working towards it (ECTs are encouraged to apply!)
  • Experience working within Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and adaptive teaching.
