What you'll be doing:
- Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, in line with the curriculum and each school's expectations
- Confidently managing classroom behaviour and upholding school policies regarding safeguarding, conduct, and work standards
- Adapting to new settings quickly and positively, maintaining consistency for pupils
- Differentiating learning for pupils of varying ability levels, including those with EHCPs and additional learning needs
- Working collaboratively with support staff and SLT to ensure every pupil receives appropriate support
- Contributing to an inclusive, respectful learning environment in both mainstream and SEN settings
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECTs encouraged to apply)
- Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (any combination welcomed)
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management and adaptive teaching
- Confidence in differentiating tasks and supporting learners with additional needs
- A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to teaching
