What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, in line with the curriculum and each school’s expectations
  • Confidently managing classroom behaviour and upholding school policies regarding safeguarding, conduct, and work standards
  • Adapting to new settings quickly and positively, while maintaining consistency for pupils
  • Differentiating learning for pupils of varying ability levels, including those with EHCPs and additional learning needs
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and SLT to ensure every pupil receives appropriate support
  • Contributing to an inclusive, respectful learning environment in both mainstream and SEN settings

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECTs encouraged to apply)
  • Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (any combination welcomed)
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management and adaptive teaching
  • Confidence in differentiating tasks and supporting learners with additional needs
  • A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to teaching
