About the Role
Based across Arnold and the surrounding areas, you will be working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in supporting multiple catering sites, leading kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality food and service standards. As a mobile role, we will aim to allocate cover within your local area and surrounding locations wherever possible, although flexibility to travel across Nottinghamshire will be required.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals in line with menu specifications
- Managing day to day kitchen operations across multiple sites
- Supervising and supporting catering colleagues
- Monitoring food safety, hygiene and Health and Safety requirements
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and minimising waste
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- Providing support and cover where required across the catering operation
