Opus People Solutions are seeking an In‑house Recruiter to join our RPO team recruiting for roles within the Vertas Group! Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where sourcing and securing top talent is at the heart of your work? We're looking for a driven and experienced In‑house Recruiter to lead recruitment activity, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and utilise a range of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high quality talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment processes and the relationship building skills needed to meet our clients' staffing requirements.

What will your day to day look like?

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume, permanent blue collar roles. This includes advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing offers.
  • Develop proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, market trends, and geographical challenges.
  • Ensure we consistently secure the best talent.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in an in‑house, high volume recruitment role (ideally within Facilities Management or Blue Collar).
  • Strong motivation and passion for recruitment and people.
  • A mindset for process improvement and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure, managing a varied workload in line with business needs.
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to travel between client sites as required; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
