Responsibilities
- Maintenance of accurate records and systems
- Diary & inbox management
- Organising meetings & room bookings
- Minute taking for live meetings
- Initiate and process routine correspondence, reports and other documents as directed, to support professionals.
- Processing payments and invoices
The successful candidate will be confident with a range of IT systems and have previous minute taking experience.
