Suffolk County Council is seeking a SEND Transformation Project Manager for a 16-week interim assignment to mobilise 18 schools under the Inclusion Base programme. You will coordinate Local Authority teams, education settings and partners to implement the model and establish governance for long-term success.

Reporting to the SEND Reform Senior Transformation Manager, you will drive onboarding, governance, risk management and evidence collection to inform future rollouts.
