PURPOSE OF THE JOB To lead the delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement of homelessness and housing outcomes across prevention, relief, early intervention, rough sleeping, temporary accommodation, waiting list and enabling functions, ensuring performance and outcomes align with the Local Outcomes Framework and the National Plan to End Homelessness.
ESSENTIAL
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive service improvement.
- Experience delivering or supporting homelessness prevention.
- Understanding of HRA 2017, homelessness legislation, and the National Plan's prevention obligations.
- Ability to coach officers and oversee operational practice.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills.
- High attention to detail and data quality.
DESIRABLE
- Experience with HCLIC, MRI/Jigsaw, In-Form or similar systems.
- Experience developing performance dashboards (Power BI or similar).
- Experience supporting multi‐agency operational groups.
