Rugby Borough Council is seeking an experienced Waste Services professional to support a key service improvement programme. The successful candidate will drive operational improvements, enhance service performance, embed safe-working practices, and support management teams through coaching and mentoring.
£28.50 PAYE / £36.54 Umbrella per hour – 6 Month Interim Contract

- Proven track record of service improvement and change management
- Strong knowledge of operational compliance and Health & Safety
