About the Role
Based at County Hall, Norwich NR12DH this role is 30 hours per week, 8am‑2pm from Monday to Friday. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality service. As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee food production and preparation, ensuring all catering operations run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
- Supervise and manage the catering team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate food production and preparation for various events, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality presentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all catering activities.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
- Train and mentor staff in food preparation techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Assist with menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and client feedback.

Experience and Qualifications
