Schools’ Choice is seeking an experienced Social Worker for the Northamptonshire Children’s Trust’s Children with Disabilities Team based in Kettering. You will manage a varied caseload across CIN, CP and Children in Care, developing care plans and arranging support packages to meet each child’s needs. Hybrid working with three days in the office at William Knibb Centre is available. You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring timely statutory visits and strong safeguarding.
