About the Role
Based at Moulton CEVC Primary School, Newmarket, CB8 8PR, you will be working 17.5 hours a week with split shifts Monday‑Friday 06:30‑07:30 and 16:00‑18:30, 44 weeks per year. You will play a key role in providing high‑quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning duties: hoovering, mopping, wiping down surfaces, emptying bins, and cleaning toilets.
- Custodian duties: unlocking and locking the school; conducting compliance testing including weekly fire alarm checks, monthly water temperature checks, monthly emergency lighting checks, weekly flushing, and monthly visual fire extinguisher checks.
- Emptying outside bins.
